I believe in providing transparent, straightforward information about counselling fees and session details. I aim to make accessing professional support as simple and stress-free as possible.

Each counselling session lasts 60 minutes and is priced at £50 per session.

In Person Counselling

I offer in-person counselling in a quiet, private, and comfortable setting. Meeting in person allows us to build a rapport, as we can engage directly in communication, without a screen.

I create a warm, welcoming space where you can feel safe and supported as you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I understand that taking the first step can feel daunting, but I am committed to making you feel at ease, ensuring that each session allows you to express yourself openly and without judgment.

In-person therapy offers a unique, direct connection that many find grounding and reassuring. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body image, or need a safe space to talk, in-person sessions can provide the support and space to process and work through life’s challenges.

Online Counselling

I understand that life can sometimes feel too busy or overwhelming to fit in in-person sessions. That’s why I offer online therapy as an alternative to traditional face-to-face counselling. Online therapy provides the same level of support, empathy, and confidentiality, all from the comfort of your own home.

Whether you're balancing work, family life, or simply prefer the convenience of online sessions, therapy via video call can be an effective and flexible option. Online counselling offers the opportunity to connect no matter where you are, making it accessible to anyone who may find it difficult to attend in-person sessions, including those living outside my immediate area.

The process is simple — all you need is a quiet space, a reliable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone. I use secure, encrypted platforms to ensure your privacy and confidentiality throughout our sessions.
